Roadmap

Where Dealerloop is going. One agentic system for the dealership, in three phases. The Retail Engine is live; the rest is on the way.

The engines answer the enquiry and book the appointment. The CRM keeps every customer and car on one record and puts agents to work on them. The showroom takes the same system onto the yard. Each phase is built on the one before it, and each one opens to the dealerships on the waitlist first.

The three phases

Roadmap · 1.0
Phase 1A · Live

The Retail Engine

Every lead answered within seconds from live stock, booked straight into the calendar, nurtured to the next sale, and delivered to handover. This is Dealerloop today.

Phase 1B · In build

The Acquisition Engine

Every private seller answered, the car captured and valued inside your range, the appraisal booked, wholesale by sealed offer.

Phase 2 · In build

The agentic CRM

Every customer, car, conversation and market signal on one record, and agents that run the leads, publish the stock, watch the market and work the owner base. You approve what leaves the yard.

Phase 3 · Next

The showroom

The salesperson and the customer build the deal together on one tablet: the car, the trade-in, the finance, the insurance and the aftercare, every number in the open. Then it is signed on the customer’s phone.

Phase 3 · 2.0

The customer holds the tablet, so it carries the dealership’s brand: their mark, their colour, their name on the deal, and Powered by Dealerloop in small grey type.

The trade-in valued in the room

Rego lookup, photos on the tablet, and the same valuation the Acquisition Engine would quote by text, inside the range the yard set.

  • The finance screen.

Finance with the numbers in the open

Deposit, term and balloon on sliders the customer moves, the weekly repayment updating, quotes from a panel of lenders.

One page, the same page for both

Every number on the final page was chosen with the customer watching. Then it goes to their phone to sign.
