Questions

What dealers ask about the Service Engine.

Does it work with our DMS?

Your DMS sends Dealerloop a report each night: customers, cars and repair orders. No logins shared and nothing scraped. Bookings land on each advisor’s list before the doors open.

Will it overbook the workshop?

No. Every booking is checked against your hours, bays, loan cars and shuttle seats before it’s confirmed, and you choose how much of each day it can fill.

What happens to the phones?

They ring the desk as they do today. A call nobody picks up is texted back in seconds, and at the morning rush and after hours Dealerloop’s AI answers, says it’s an AI, and books it.

What does the customer see?

Texts from your service number in your name, a link to check in, a video of their car with every job priced to approve or put off, and a link to pay with Apple Pay or card.

Will it ask everyone for a review?

Yes: the same review link to every customer after they collect their car. Google doesn’t allow asking only the happy ones.
